 Introduction

UASB

ITRI’s up-flow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) process is highly efficient in treating high strength organic wastewater. Organic pollutants are bio-degraded and transformed to biogas which is separated by a specially designed gas-liquid-solids separator and collected for energy use.

 

 Applications

ITRI’s UASB technology has been applied to industrial wastewater treatment including food processing, distillery, chemical processing, pulp and paper, petrochemical, and optoelectronics industries.

 Introduction

BioNET

BioNET® reactor contains porous compressible carriers which offers large surface area for the interception of suspended solids and growth of microorganisms. BioNET® is great for the removals of ammonium and dissolved organics from wastewater and deteriorated water source. The bioreactor has stable and excellent effluent quality for wide ranges of influent quality, hydraulic retention time and field conditions.

 Introduction

New A2O MBR

The new A2O membrane process contains a multi-function reactor, an anoxic reactor and a membrane reactor. This system can treat organics, nitrogen and phosphate contaminants simultaneously. Meanwhile the multi-function reactor also contains methanogen which degrade organics to methane gas. Further more, the permeate can be recycled for sustainable application after membrane filtration.
